- HIGH SEASON rates apply to all dates in July and August, weekends
(Friday and Saturday nights) all season, and all days on holiday weekends.
- LOW SEASON rates apply to weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)
in May, June, September, and October.
- On stays of a week or longer, pay for six nights and the seventh night is
free (two discounts cannot be applied to the same stay).
- There are no discounts on Burgundy Cottage.
- Groups can be accommodated in May, June, September, and October,
but not in July and August.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation,
balance due upon arrival.
If more than one unit is reserved, or if a stay of more than a week is reserved, then the deposit is 50% of the amount of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is 30 days or more before arrival date, full refund less a $50 cancellation fee will be made. If the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeit.
If more than one unit has been reserved, or a stay of more than one week has been reserved, and cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival, then a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee will be made. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeit.
