When one unit is reserved for less than one week, the deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

• A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. The balance plus tax is due at check in.
• If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeit.

• A deposit in the amount of 50% of the reserved stay is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due at check in.
• If a cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival date, the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 90 prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeit.

• Our season opens Memorial Day and closes in October.
• Pine Top and Weather Watch are open May 1st through October 31st.
• Minimum stay in the Brittany Cottages is two nights.
• Pay for six nights, the seventh night is free (High Season Only)
• No discounts at Burgundy Cottage
• Children are welcome.
  
• Pets okay by prior arrangement. Call. $50 one-time charge applies.
  
• Daily housekeeping is NOT provided. Clean towels and linens will be provided mid-week during a stay of a week or longer.
• Small boats, canoes, and kayaks are welcome to use our beach and our dock.
• Jet skis are not allowed.
• There are no phones in the Cottages. Cell coverage on the island is excellent.
• Smoking is allowed on the grounds, but not in any building. Please don't drop cigarette butts on the ground.
• The Cottages have VCR's (Bring your own movies, or rent them Downtown) and Satellite TV.
• All linens and cooking utensils are included.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, personal checks, and cash are all welcome.
  
• Check in time is 4:00pm, checkout time is 10:00am.
