THE PARTICULARS
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
When one unit is reserved for less than one week, the deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
- A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. The balance plus tax is due at check in.
- If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
- If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeit.
When one unit is reserved for one week or more, or when more than one unit is reserved, the deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
- A deposit in the amount of 50% of the reserved stay is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due at check in.
- If a cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival date, the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
- If a cancellation is made less than 90 prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeit.
General Particulars
- Our season opens Memorial Day and closes in October.
- Pine Top and Weather Watch are open May 1st through October 31st.
- Minimum stay in the Brittany Cottages is two nights.
- Pay for six nights, the seventh night is free (High Season Only)
- No discounts at Burgundy Cottage
- Children are welcome.
- Pets okay by prior arrangement. Call. $50 one-time charge applies.
Daily housekeeping is NOT provided. Clean towels and linens will be provided mid-week during a stay of a week or longer.
- Small boats, canoes, and kayaks are welcome to use our beach and our dock.
- Jet skis are not allowed.
- There are no phones in the Cottages. Cell coverage on the island is excellent.
- Smoking is allowed on the grounds, but not in any building. Please don't
drop cigarette butts on the ground.
- The Cottages have VCR's (Bring your own movies, or rent them Downtown) and Satellite TV.
- All linens and cooking utensils are included.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, personal checks, and cash are all welcome.
- Check in time is 4:00pm, checkout time is 10:00am.
